Southern Pest Management was formed from the expansion of Southern Wildlife Management, LLC into Pest Control. Our business started in Johns Creek & now a second base in Dawsonville. This growth was based upon our existing customers saying how much they needed a PEST CONTROL company to provide our level of service. If we simply apply the same principles that we used in our wildlife control business; stellar customer service, ethical practices and passion for what we do… then how could we go wrong? Here we are – Ready to Serve!
We are family-owned & operated. We pride ourselves on having some of the lowest prices in the wildlife industry. The price, in our opinion, is fair and consequently it ends up being amongst the lowest. Although low prices, we still take extra measures (time-consuming and costly) for aesthetics & longevity. Who else does this? We brought these exact methods & principles into the Pest Control side of our business.
The bottom line is that you can feel confident in knowing that we don’t just come to your house and spray the maximum allowable pesticide and walk away. Our approach is to do a thorough inspection to identify the “target species”. This process enables us to come up with a strategy to monitor, control and implement measures to rid you of the pests.
If uncertain which area then select from the following list or click on an image if shown: Ants, Bats, Beavers, Bees, Beetles, Carpenter Bees, Centipedes, Crickets, Coyotes, Dead Animal Inspection, Dead Deer, Flies, Foxes, Hornets, Lady Bugs, Moths, Mice, Possums, Raccoons, Rats, Roaches, Scorpions, Silverfish, Slugs, Snakes, Snails, Squirrels, Stinkbugs, Spiders.
When you have unwanted “guests” in your home, there is a quick & simple solution…

OUR PEST CONTROL METHODOLOGY
Here is what makes us different than most other Pest Control providers: While performing a thorough initial inspection, we determine what is the target species and devise a strategy. Our goal is to utilize habitat modifications, biological & mechanical controls, with the right amount of pesticides to remedy the problem. This holistic approach is called Integrated Pest Management (IPM).
IPM is a process you can use to solve pest problems while minimizing risks to people and the environment. The most effective, long-term way to manage pests is by using a combination of methods that work better together than separately. With this in mind, materials are selected and applied in a manner that minimizes risks to human health, beneficial and non-target organisms, and the environment.
As expected we will design a program that suits your needs & budget. All of the typical household pest control services are offered on a monthly, bi-monthly, or quarterly basis.
The most common cities that we service are: Alpharetta, Ball Ground, Crabapple, Cumming, Dahlonega, Dawsonville, Duluth, Ellijay, Gainesville, Jasper, Johns Creek, Marble Hill, Milton, Norcross, Peachtree Corners, Roswell, Suwanee.
